 Start counting the Universe only from you. Listen to your heart  first  , next  head which has the capacity to manipulate your thoughts and actions as others around you desire. Head care mostly making you acceptable to others while heart care always to please yourself i.e to make your ideas and actions that please you most.

Heart’s call should not be taken as boundless and to any extent. Its to be noted that heart is under conscious that guides to be reasonable and to proceed to the  justified extent with no ill motive and evil design. Heart guides us to be kind and useful to self as well as to others, even to the competitors and known enemies as well. But brain with grey matter is capable of  guiding  us to achieve good as  well as evil motive. Grey matter in the brain can  provide IQ inputs that when utilized make you a good or an evil doer. 

My point is never listen to the head alone remaining indifferent to the call of the heart. When your ideas & actions are performed as  dictated  combinedly  by  both your head &  heart , no  doubt, you will find you satisfied but some  people of the society will love and  yet others may hate you for having done that way. Take it as  natural. And you will  live longer in peace.

No more censoring who you are.
No more reaction and approval seeking.
No more self doubt or anxiety.
No more make fake communication.
No more living for others.

Just pure undiluted genuine authentically unapologetic real raw expression. It is the finest way of not deceiving yourself.
